2024 SVCA Golf Tournament Entry Form and Info

Entries due by June 7, 2024.
LOCATION – Half Moon Bay Golf Links, Ocean Course
8 a.m. Registration, 9 to 11:30 a.m. Breakfast Social, 12 noon Shot Gun Start Golf, 12:30 p.m. Cornhole Tournament (for non-golfers)
Followed by Cocktail Reception, Gourmet Buffet Dinner, Awards, Grand Prize Drawing (must be present to win) and Raffle Prizes.
BREAKFAST SOCIAL – check in at 8 a.m. followed by speakers and breakfast 9-11:30 a.m. Speakers, booths and chance to win prizes.
GOLF TOURNAMENT – warm up from 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon, 12 noon shotgun start. Contests include $25,000 Hole in One, $150 Longest Drive, $150 Closest to the Hole, $25 ‘On the Green” Contest, Launch for Charity Cannon Launcher …. and Chowder and Slider Stations.
CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT – starts at 12:30 p.m., first toss hole in one wins $25 cash. Includes Chowder and Slider Stations.
GRAND PRIZE – $1,500 Golf and Stay Package at Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay and golf foursome at Half Moon Bay Golf Links.
Golf – $375 per person, $1,400 for a foursome.
1st place TEAM score wins official trophy and swag bags – 2nd place TEAM score wins $400 cash – 3rd place TEAM score wins $1,000 cash.
Includes breakfast social, golf entry fees and cart, lunch, on course contests, cocktail/dinner party, (1) Grand Prize entry ticket, (2) Raffle tickets, (2) drink tickets.
Cornhole – $75 per person, $275 for a foursome.
1st place TEAM score wins official trophy and swag bags, 2nd place TEAM score wins $200 cash, 3rd place TEAM score wins $100 cash.
Includes breakfast social, lunch, cocktail/dinner party, (1) Grand Prize entry ticket, (2) Raffle tickets, (2) drink tickets.
