Our members are signatories to the Plumbing, HVAC, and Sheet Metal unions, signifying that they have undergone extensive training through the Apprenticeship program. As they study, they gain practical experience by working alongside our qualified union member contractors. Upon graduation, they earn an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in these specialized fields and embark on lifelong, fulfilling careers.
Silicon Valley Contractors Association
The Santa Clara Valley Contractors Association, founded in 1977, and the Greater Bay Area Contractors Association, founded in 1939, have merged resources. Together the new management group – Silicon Valley Contractors Association, will represent 40 mechanical, plumbing and service contractors building in the Bay Area aka Silicon Valley, some for well over 100 years. We Built this Valley!
